Asics Gel Kayano 17 - a development of the Kayano range we all know and love will be available very soon via our online sports store. We aim to be one of the first stores in the UK to stock this great performance running shoe so come back soon for a great deal!

Impact Guidance System
The Kayano 17 running shoe follows the ASICS design philosophy in that the shoes employs linked componentry that enhances the foot's natural gait from heel strike to toe-off when running.
Rearfoot and Forefoot GEL cushioning systems
Attenuates shock during impact and toe-off phases when running and allows movement of the foot in multiple planes as the foot transitions through the gait cycle.
X-40 ComforDry Sockliner
Kayano 17 Provides the wearer with cushioning performance and has anti-microbial properties for a cooler, drier foot environment.
Full Length Guidance Line
Vertical flex groove decouples the tooling along the line of progression for enhanced gait efficiency
Soft Top Duo Max
ASICS next generation Duo Max system gives greater comfort and enhanced gait efficiency for the Kayano 17.
Discreet Eyelet
Improves fit of the upper shoes whilst protecting against possible irritation and foot soreness
Assymetrical Lacing Design
An anatomically correct lacing design on the Kayano 17 which reduces potential for irritation and provides improved comfort and fit for the wearer.

For women, the addition of an extra 3mm of additional height helps relieve achilles tension
Gender Specific Forefoot Cushioning
The Kayano 17 has a top layer of injected Solyte, providing a cushioned platform feel in the forefoot. Women's Kayano 17 models feature a lower density for improved cusioning and forefoot comfort.
Gender spcific Space Trusstic System
ASICS recognise the normal periodic changes in the shape of the woman's foot arch and provide for the controlled deformation of the arch in the the space available within the Kayano 17 shoe.
Biomorphic Fit Upper
Stretch material strategically placed on the Kayano 17 upper helps to reduce buckling and the potential for irritation.
Personal Heel Fit
The new Kayano 17 provides two layers of memory foam which line the collar and mould to the athlete's heel, creating a personalised fit for the running shoe.
